Date: 30 July - 1 August 2010 Venue: Hale School, Hale Road Wembley Downs Caro has also been invited to exhibit at the Sir Charles Gairdner Art Award and Exhibition 2010. Date: 19 August (opening) - 12 September @ Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Other news from the region: My favourite pick: The Bunbury Regional Art Galleries is currently showing some great exhibitions: For those who are interested in textile/fibre art: 'Drifting in My Own Land' by Nalda Searles is a wonderful exhibition showcasing new works that draw on her life and memories of her parents and her relation to the landscape. (show ends 25 July) 'Collaboration WA' is another exciting show of woodwork by artist from around Australia. (show ends 18 July)
